A Team Shaped by Many Cultures

Our team represents a wide range of cultural backgrounds and identities, including Mexican, Canadian, Ukrainian, Slovak, Assyrian, Bengali American, Greek-Canadian, Latino, Italian, Polish, and Eastern European heritage. Some of our team members grew up near borders and multicultural communities, while others were shaped by international travel, family traditions, or global collaboration.

These diverse experiences influence how we communicate, solve problems, and support one another every day.

 

 

 

The Power of Language and Connection

One of the most inspiring themes from our survey was the number of languages spoken across our team. Beyond English and Spanish, our colleagues also speak German, French, Japanese, Greek, Bengali, and Aramaic.

Language is more than communication; it is connection, curiosity, and understanding. The ability to bring multiple perspectives into conversations helps us collaborate more effectively across teams and cultures.
